Lift Installation?

Getting a 3.5" Skyjacker lift in two weeks. Anyone on JBER that has any experience installing a Skyjacker lift, or a lift in general? Because I'm sitting on the fence about having it professionally installed. The only downfall to that is $600 labor fee.

I'm mechanically inclined on aircraft, just not vehicles lol...

Lifts are pretty easy to install. Download the instructions from Skyjacker and see if there is any welding required or any other tasks that you aren't comfortable with. If you are on base, you'll have access to the craft center. You can put your Jeep on a lift and make the install a lot easier then having to crawl around under it.
