I sanded it. Then acetone it. The primer then two small coats of bedliner

ya they look really nice.

the sanding was a bitch tho but that could be becuz im a perfectionist when it comes to sanding.

I photo shopped this cuz I've been considering painting my aluminum wheels back too. Mine are currently polished aluminum...not very polished at the moment though!

If anyone has any aluminum that they painted black I'd like to see them...

No I didn't do the sidewalls. The tires were dirty from wheelig and I only Cleaned the sides at the time of the pic. Lifting it this week!

Yeah, its pretty easy once you get it going. I wouldn't put primer on first though because from I understand the bedliner has an acid in it that etches the metal. My uncle has a shop that does spray in bedliners, exhaust etc and that is what he told me. Not sure if that only applies to his commercial stuff or all of it (quality brands)

I've been a partial season ticket holder since that place opened, and to be honest, nothing beats a fridge full of good beer and food when I want it. ;0

Why not recoup some before vacation and more importantly, spend some quality time with my Jeep. HAHA.

i want to do my miror holsters on my doors and the holsterson my body, along with the door handles. does the spray liner stick well or should i sand thoroughly before, and is the liner all i need to spray on, nothing before or after?
