How is rusting in your area

M looking at a 99wrangler curious if rist from roads is a big deal thanks. Les

it's not really that much different than any other vehicle. i wash my vehicles whenever i get a chance in the winter after the roads have been salted. usually about once a week making sure to get the underside really well.

I've gone years without washing some vehicles I've owned. Rust isn't a problem here.

*Edit* Woops, saw this thread in the recent threads section and didn't notice it was from the Illinois forum.

I keep the frame clean of salt, it's got surface rust no body rust
