hey yal new to the forum but yal herd of the fountains? me and anothe tj buddy are thinking of going there b4 the frezze. & yal know what the name of the offroad park in lake geniva is called, I know they normally rent it out to offroad clubs
that place looks Like a park I went to in harvard IL except the Guy was a Huge Drunk and it was stupidly expensive 20 buck a head but the place in harvard was samll with two mud holes
Yea my problem is I HATE MUD lol. I will drive in, I will wheel in but if I don't get to wheel more rocks and rock trails it is kind of pointless to me.
I didn't know that park in michigan was mostly mud, Sounds like you'd like kentucky, It's all flat rock stacked nicely with the waters and criks forming nice trails
If the snow stays AWAY tonight (2/24/11) I'm gonna head down this weekend with another friend and his Jeep. Mine is mildly modded and his is bone stock except for BFG A/T's. Should be interesting!
Sorry stink, that sounded kinda ignorant. It's a sinking, slick, cold muddy mess out there. I seen a guy last week get his tow rig stuck in the parking lot...
We didn't wind up going just because of this reason. Always fun to watch green horns in the learning process but I didn't want the entire experience to be a bad one for them.
Hopefully in a couple of weeks We/I can head out. I'll have to stay in touch with you to get the scoop on conditions.
Cool! I'm ALWAYS up for wheeling... especially with experienced Jeepers. I'm fairly new but have had my share of off road.
