I am brand new to this site
This is what happens at the Cliffs when you have no spotter..D'OH!

By the way...it didnt start out THIS bad...one wheel went in the wrong place (between a mud hole and a cliff) and it just slid sideways from there.

It would probly be better in the begining of november because almost every sat. is booked till then unless we all go on a sunday. Also if its in november I can probly afford the super swamper ssr tires I would love to have before then. I have good year at and they suck on wet or muddy surface.

I am in Leland which is midway between Ottawa and Dekalb off Route 23.

We are just starting to buy a new Wrangler Sahara so I have been hopping around looking for information. Basically, we will be getting a 4 dr Sahara, auto trans with the tow package. Any suggestions, ideas will be greatly appreciated. I have four Jeep dealers surrounding me although we are leaning towards Sierra in Ottawa as we bought a Volkswagon Jetta from them last year.

We probably won't be rock crawling but we do take long trips and we will be going off road. Right now we are planning to drive to Alaska this summer.

Hi, Budman. Welcome. I love Alaska. I was really surprised at how lush it was. I was expecting rocks and snow. Anyway, just something to think about regarding a Sahara (nothing against them - my wife has one) - aggessive offroading can lead to damaged fender flares, for which Sahara fenders will be a PITA to repair/replace. If your offroading will be low to moderate, though, you will be fine. Have a good trip!

We're buried deep in the suburbs out 'round the big mall that Jake & Elwood visited. Here's our Jeep.
