Hi there
I live in Switzerland. Not EU we are allowed to buy weapons ...smile
Use a YJ 4.0 HO 92 trany as a dailydriver. Funny in the snow!
I live near the Lake of Constanze (or Bodensee in good ol' German) but work as a civilengineer for a hydropowerplant in the Swissalps.

Hi there,
Swisswrangler at first i would describe my 2003 4.0l tj as wild in the recent heavy snow we had, but I admit it was was me at fault.
Once I'd learnt that having such a small wheelbase and big power the trick was to hardly use the accelerator until in a straight line as i spent the first 5 minutes going down the road sideways !!
After I'd got the hang of driving her it was good fun and pretty unstoppable.

Hi All,
Just bought my Jeep on Saturday. Very standard 2000 TJ 2.5 Sport. Really for snow and floods, but hope to get some light off-roading in it with the rescue team.

Cool, so we could meet sometime? I live 20min southwest from Constanz. Between Weinfelden and Frauenfeld up a hill named Seerücken. If you visit your cousins, drop me a line.

Hello from Athens, Greece!

I am Christos and this is my rig, a '08 Wrangler JK Unlimited V6 3.8Lt:

We have a very active Jeep community here in Greece, built around our JPForum.gr (for those of you who might be fluent in Greek ).

Greece is an off-roading paradise by the way! If you ever get the chance to visit these parts of the world with your Jeep, do let me know!

X.

I'm an American, but I live in Mildenhall, England right now.
I have a 2001 U.S spec TJ, 4.0 I6, 5 Speed manual. All stock for right now aside from some all terrain tires. Hoping to find some spots to get my Jeep dirty when I return in December.

You should check out Wildtracks which is not to far from you for a little off road adventure. I have been there for other activties but not yet driven my Jeep offroad there yet. If you fancy it, we should hook up sometime.

Yeah you're not too far. I figure there has got to be some trails in the newmarket/cambridge/bury st edmunds area because its so rural in areas. I'd love to find some good trail riding to do next summer around there

Yep, that's the place mate. When do you get back?

Not too far for you either mate, just a quick drive up the M11. When I enquired it was £30 for the day, has a canteen and toilet facilites on site too. It's quite a busy place with Motocross, Quad Bikes and Karting but the 4x4 track is solely for that purpose.

Off Road 4x4 - WildTracks off road activity park
