Hey there. Im a few mls more away... But if u r on facebook there's a group called Kaiserslautern Off-Road. They will have a Stammtisch on the 18th this month. But its not jeepers only.
Just to say hello. Moved from Qatar to Minsk and.. Brought my 2013 JKU with me. When I got the Jeep (in Qatar) we just ordered all the stuff we needed through the likes of Rebel Offroad, Morris4x4 through Aramex and a week later it was there. Apart from shipping costs same pricing. Now Qatar is tax 0 and that makes all the difference off course but when I looked for the 8700 JW Speakers here in the Russia Area I was quoted US 1.200, each!! How do you guys do projects at all with that pricing? Are there good Off Road shops in the Germany, Poland and Holland area with reasonable pricing? And last but not least any active Jeepers in Belarus (who speak English, Arabic, German or Dutch. Russian is still a work in progress for me).
On the way to a contact in Holland are now the following upgrades
- Trek Armor seat covers (couldn't find a dealer in Europe).
- Rigid Industries SR2 Spector Combo with hood mounts (same story).
- Truck Lite LED 7" Head Lights. ( didn't even bother to look around here)
- sPod 600-lt switch panel and source system.
- 2 and 1 " teraflex leveling kit.
Can't wait for the upcoming trip to holland to have it all installed
Again, nice to meet you all and happy to be part of the forum.
Just arrived in Frankfurt/Bad Soden, don't have my TJ with me yet. Hopefully it'll be hear around the end of the month. Looking forward to explorring Europe from a Jeep. Other than the gas prices of course!
Living in Madrid Spain for a couple years. I dont think Im gonna ship the Jeep over though since it looks like a huge hassle to be able to drive it so I will leave it in the states and play with it when I visit home. I may buy a couple quads for me and my son though
i just just purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler 2d in Italy. Now ive had many jeeps in my life when i lived in the US but now living in Europe im not sure whats the best place to get jeep parts.
do you guys have any websites that you guys order your Jeep parts from? front/rear bumpers, wheels and tires (33s or 35s), lifts etc?
