Jeep vibrations

I started to notice the other day after my jeep chewed up the rear uni that when I accelerate there is a harsh vibration and it gets worse as I get faster. I have checked all mounts and they seem fine so I put it in 4H and drove it literally halved the vibration then took the rear ds out and drove in 4h an it's completely gone. Is this mean my ds or yoke is shot or have I missed something. Cheers. Btw I did fix the uni by replacing it.
