Ive never had a problem.. I drive everywhere.. I like in ny and drive to sc often.. No problems.. The insurance company knows it and doesnt have a problem with it.. (they are very helpful and easygoing... Lol they even gave me abs discount when they knew my jeep didn't have it!!!)

I grow Monterey Pines and Leeland Cypress firs out here in California on 70 acres. Sell them as Christmas trees. How would I approach my insurance agent about the discount or is it limited to state farm?

Sorry for the very late reply, but my State Farm agent was very helpful by asking me if I ever use the vehicle on the farm. I told her that I do occasionally and she gave me the full discount. She also automatically added the ABS brake discount without even asking me if my jeep has it (it doesn't) lol.

Got 80 acres in Richmond ky. Got chickens right now, saving up to hopefully run cattle in a few years.
I'll have to ask my State Farm agent about the farm discount too. Thanks!

That is good news. My Jeep is currently uninsured as stupid as that sounds. Its a long story but I'll be shopping for insurance soon, definitely going to give state Farm a ring.

Is the discount really worth it?
How much off per month if you dont mind me asking?

Sorry for the late reply, but if I remember correctly, I think it was about $15 month off.
