Any photoshop wizards out there care to help me paint my wheels...please?

I would like to see them fusion blk, like the flares and bumpers...I've had wheels like this on two trucks and now a jeep, I wanna change--- cheap!! lol I think, please if ya can touch them up let me see?? Maybe even dazzle it with a body color ring around the lip of the rim? Am I crazy? Or should it be blacked out....silver jeep are so sweet with bling rims, I'm liking black on the other colors.....I know it might not take a wizard, but it takes more than my imagination.....lol yep, headlight rings would get rattle canned as well!

If you could take a picture more close up to the jeep I could show you how it'd look blacked out. Make the jeep fit the whole pic

I tried doing the flare color. Hope it helps. I can do a bit more, but I don't have a mouse right now and it's annoying as hell to shop something without a mouse.
Personally, I think any Jeep with a black top and fares looks waaay better with black rims. I'm going to get black rims sooner or later on my Jeep

I like red jeeps with the more shiny black rims.

My jeeps black and I HATE the "blacked out look" I'm thinking a chrome/black combo

I left the center caps silver, not sure if that's for the better or not, but it actually looks kinda cool. And I just realized I cut out the inner part of the wheel, meant to just cut out the rotor and caliper but I wasn't paying attention. Oh well.
