New jeeper here. Been working on cars since I was a kid but finally got my first jeep. 1988 YJ 4.2L 5 speed. PO painted it an AMX lime green. Any ideas on top color? It only came with a bikini top so I want to pick up a soft top.

cool color man,
My feeling has always been. hard or soft top, it has to be black. that's just what I think.

OBX pic is from Carova, the north end between Corolla and the VA line. Four wheel drive only community, even the trash trucks have 6WD.

I don't have a green jeep but I would die for one. The wife wouldn't go for the electric lime and I couldn't a find a dark green that wasn't a sahara when we were buying. Instead I got a black one. I have since installed lime green seatbelts and neon green strips under the front seats. It looks awesome on door-less nights. It glows green. The lime green kayak isn't too shabby when it's on top either.

I'm jealous. I'll always want a green one. Also, any ideas on more green accessories?

the only color of green that i didn't like so much was Rescue Green,
rescue green was available on 2010 models this I know for sure, there was also rescue green or some other green I didn't like on 2009, or 2008 models

but the natural green is sexy, od green is sexy, and lime is sexy too.
