Love gettin mine dirty, just can't stand leaving it that way. I usually wash it immediately after a trail run. Mud as a badge of honor is just laziness imo.
So I own a detail shop, and run an online detailing forum teaching people the proper processes and products to use.
Mine was washed, clayed with Mothers, polished with Meguiars D151 and a Porter Cable orbital, sealed with FK 1000P. Wheels with Zephyr metal polish, sealed with FK 1000P. Trim and tires with a water based dressing.

Clay is a method used to remove embedded contaminates from the paint. Put your hand in a plastic bag and slide it with light pressure across the paint. Feel all that gritty feeling stuff, thats what clay removes.
Your shine looks great btw. Turtle Wax ICE was sent to me to test and write a review on a few years ago. I remember it being a decent locally available product.
This is great information. Since May 23, I have washed and waxed my Jeep three times...lol. It gets washed every weekend. And no, I don't take it off roading. It's my DD (and i carpool to work...lol).
Do you have any suggestions for keeping the flares from fading? I am freaking out about it. I have been putting on the turtle wax ice on it (the hardtop too).
You cant keep them from fading, but you can slow its progress. A special trim dressing will work, or 303 Aerospace. Its a water based dressing similar to what I use on tires and interiors, and its available at marine and camping stores as well as at the store in that link I sent you.
