Had. I'm in a TJ now that has even bigger plans.

I sold the YJ just before I moved back here from England.

I assembled the spring packs myself from two sets of stock springs. I had more room to flex but I put one too many leaves in the rear spring packs. Otherwise I could have gotten a bit more flex out of it.

HOLY SH*T BALLS!!!! Crafty I haven't seen you in a coons age. You've got a PM.

If my memory serves me, the last time I saw your rig it was running 33s. The Jeep looks good. And that is one hell of a drag link. Why didn't you go high steer?

Yep, 35's are very recent. It was the next phase along with putting in the XJ high pinion 30. Regearing and locking the rear. Body lift to tuck the NV3550 up into the YJ tub. When I first did the SOA it was cheaper to have that steering built versus going with high steer.

Keep in mind that I'm the exception to EVERY rule.

I ran that YJ I posted up earlier with the Dana 35 in back and Dana 30 up front with a built Chevy 350 for about 6 years AND..... half of that time was with 38x16x15's with not one single break. Not two weeks after I removed the 38's and put on 35's I grenaded the spider gears in the Dana 35. Go figure.
