It looks like you need some swaybar disconnects. That wheel should be stuffed into the fender flexing.

And that mud looked nasty.. did you go through it after your got the Cherokee out?

Nothing "custom" here yet, perhaps with the exception of the GPS on the dash....my Wrangler's only five days old!

We JK'ers might be just a little stuck up.. but its mostly due to others down-talking the 4-door, like its the new b@stard child from Jeep so we try to stick together.

I'm on an all-JK forum, and it was put together there. Luckily, I have this forum too, so I can see the other awesome jeeps out there if we put on a WF GA ride.

Jase, let me tell you that I have never seen a tougher looking Jeep than the 4 door model sitting on 37" tires. I truly think that DC hit the mark, for the young families, to enjoy the outdoors. Don't be ashamed to be different, cause most of the time, it is better. The President of our club bought one, and a guy out in Phoenix, that I really appreciate, and trust his judgment, bought one. So you see, without trying to wright a book, be proud, don't huddle together like foreigners do. We, in the jeep family accept you, and are glad DC has brought more of you into the family. You will find that the common bond between all wheelers, regardless of make, is the pure thrill of just being out there on the trail. So if no one else has let you know, WELCOME TO THE BROTHERHOOD OF OFF ROADING.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No need to feel like an outcast in my book. The more you wheel on the trail with my fellow bretheren, the more you will accept what I have just said.

Glad to have the JK crowd, onboard.

By the way, "Happy Thanksgiving" ya'll.

Back when I became a motorcycle rider in the mid-80's ( I was a late bloomer), I noted that every biker I passed, waved at me.
First I thought there must be something wrong with my bike, and I was constantly looking for oil leaks or whatever.
Then I realized the sense of "community" that existed amoung those who shared a common love.
I have found that same sense of "family" amoung the Wrangler owners, which I did not expect.
Thanks for being willing to share your knowledge and love for this wonderful product!

Agreed, JKS are REALLY nice Jeeps. I have to say I was very impressed sitting in the 2 door and the 4 door. Really, the 4 door is a perfect SUV. I would rock one, or give one to my GF in a heartbeat. My only qualm, and I think most the jk "haters" think the same way, is that its an optional 2wd wrangler. Just doesn't sit right. I understand the reasoning, and marketing strategy, but seems like its moving in the opposite direction of Jeep. With that said, 4wd 4doors are the hotness, and you should NOT be ashamed. Besides, you got a 2dr anyway!! Id wheel with you guys any day, just too far away

Ok, all boring driveway shots but I havent been out on the trail since before the holidays. Hopefully this week.

I added Mickey Thompson MTZ's 285/75/16 on Cragar Soft 8s 16x8, 6" KC Slimlites, front tow hooks, and a 2" receiver. The first is a before shot, then afters.

Figured I might as well post a few pics of my new JK. My wife, who hates SUVs because she is short and has to crawl into them, likes this 4 dr so much I am thinking of letting her have this one and getting me a 2 dr Rubicon to really customize for some offroading adventures. Didn't plan on lifting this one but I put on the new wheels, cold air intake, Gibson exhaust, tinted front windows and a few others additions.
