Leaking hard top!!

Hi there I just bought my jeep brand new back in August and have had it in to the dealership like 10 times already for water leaks!! They are telling me it's a common on going problem with these freedom tops! But I feel it's ridiculous I have to deal with this after the money I spent...has anyone had these problems?

10 times in that short time? that is ridiculous... Maybe they doesn't know how to fix it, have you try take it to different dealer?

Huh. That's annoying. I'm sure there's a way you can replace the seals, but if it's brand new, one would think the company you bought it from would fix it.

My 2013 Wrangler with 900 miles had a similar issue with the Freedom Top leaking from the front. The dealer quickly ordered me new tops. I get the car back tomorrow. I'll follow-up and let you know if that fixes it. I hope so.

To be honest I've never owned a Jeep that doesn't leak. It shouldn't drip but after being involved with Jeep since 1999 and owning over 20 Wranglers and CJ's leakers and damp floors are just part of owning a Jeep. New or Used. Some leak, some don't and it's been my experience that if you have a Jeep that leaks it will always leak. Just my 2 cents. I hope the dealer can reduce the amount of leakage.
