5 speed, also get rid or the pulley fan and go electric, you'll pull higher revs, don't stop there, dump the exhaust manifold and go with a header and Cat Back exhaust too, you'll see a huge difference in your power range.
I'm running stock Rubicon axles so Dana 44 front and rear with lockers and 4.10. I know this will work on the street but I wheel my Jeep some and I know that some say to upgrade to chromoly or rcv inners for 35s. What do you guy think. I know I will have to regear
The Rubi dana 44s have the same size knuckles as the dana 30s I would try to find a d44 front from another truck. the rubi d44s were a hy-brid axle and used some of the d30 parts too. By the time you get chromoly axle shafts you are going to be spending to much money for still having weak knuckles and u-joints, you should think about starting with a full size axle from another truck. find a d44 out of a chevy or ford to swap under and then you could do a custom suspension as well.
