Three of the most awesome jeeps I have ever seen are below. I like them because they remind me of the Jeep's history and how simple they were. Also how they were modified to perform their missions... much like today's jeepers do. I hope you like them.
The first photo is my friend Alan's jeep. It is awesome and runs like a top. He is always complaining it isn't "show room" but it is the best running jeep with 70,000 miles on it that I have ever seen!!
The second photo was from England, where a man restored a WWII jeep to look like a 1SAS (British Special Air Service) desert jeep. Looks pretty amazing, doesn't it?
The third photo is my old jeep. My friend David "took it off my hands" when I realized I couldn't restore it like I wanted to. I was too broke. He did a "frame up" restoration and got it perfect. He rebuilt it like a WWII British Airborne communications jeep. He did such an awesome job that he has to tell me that was my old jeep... it just isn't recognizable as being the vehicle that I sold him.
