I used to have a 98 z28 that was identical except it had the chrome wheels. Great car.

You all are making me jealous of your cars, on a high school budget I can't afford to restore one right now, but I look forward to!

Nah that one used to have something known as the pontiac SD4..it was a cammed out N/A 3.0l 4 cylinder putting out 300HP... mine was a promo car to the actual racer in the 1984-1985 IMSA series.. its also the 1st American made car to ever win the IMSA series.

I've owned 4 V6's in my fiero years though.. there peppy but they do better with swaps.. i had a 1988 formula with a 3400 turbocharged V6 in it... it was a pig but it would eat low end ferraris all day.

2003 Mustang Cobra 10th anniversary #1974 of 2003,
which lead me to the 1968 Firebird 400 4sp,
which lead me to the 2003 Cadillac CTS sport 5sp
which turned into a 1999 Jeep.

wish I had them all but wife says only one toy or I am grounded...

Nicely done Chris! The Firebird I posted up earlier actually belongs to my 15 year old son, Jake. We'll be doing the same thing you are, a father/son restoration team. I cannot think of a better way for a father and son to spend time with and he'll learn what it takes to fix a car so that (hopefully and prayerfully) he'll learn what it takes to fix it if he's broken it! Same thing my dad did for me back in 1974!

Man! I can't imagine having ONE let alone going through 20.

I do like the Judges, but as far as I'm concerned those are the wrong era.

It's 64-67 only when it comes to Goats.

This is our inpirational photo-

Us cleaning it up when we first got 'er home

Tat wasn't finished yet... comes down to my hand now.

friends...

All of the original parts in the trunk... what a score!

Interior is awesome, very good shape

This is my son and I here... about a year and a half ago... We've done more, need some recent pics.

We've since gotten the ol' V6 out and to the junk yard. Cleaned the entire engine bay spotless and sprayed the engine bay black. Currently need 2 things to progress.
1. Trans needs to be rebuilt, I have a local guy that will do it for us.
2. I need to find or have made a couple engine mounts to drop the 302 in there.
Man that brings back some memories...Here is the '74 I had back in the 80's...I called it "High Hoss".had 14.5x36's under it...shortened '69 jeep gladiator frame.
