I bet, especially since between them and bullitts they are every where now, but for good reason, they look bad ass.

The first car I ever restored was a friends 1969 Boss 302 in Grabber Yellow. We finished it the day before the Gulf Coast Roundup and it took 1st in its class and Best of Show. The owner got several offers for it but still owns it to this day. Wise choice.

Great work, I bet it ran like a dream. I like the Shelby's as well but the only one that's "cheap" enough is the 250. The 500KR is just a dream.

My son and I are restoring a 1974 Mustang II. We just picked up a C4 Auto trans and a nice 302 out of a 73'. Its taking some time, but she'll be a shaker.

This is our inpirational photo-

Us cleaning it up when we first got 'er home

Tat wasn't finished yet... comes down to my hand now.

friends...

All of the original parts in the trunk... what a score!

Interior is awesome, very good shape

This is my son and I here... about a year and a half ago... We've done more, need some recent pics.

We've since gotten the ol' V6 out and to the junk yard. Cleaned the entire engine bay spotless and sprayed the engine bay black. Currently need 2 things to progress.
1. Trans needs to be rebuilt, I have a local guy that will do it for us.
2. I need to find or have made a couple engine mounts to drop the 302 in there.

Looks great, just a question. Why did you take the original engine out, are you just restoring it?

The V6 was locked up tight... thought about restoring it. Added up the cost of the rebuild and was able to pick up a 302 w/60,000 miles for about the same price and no time was involved. We are looking at doing a Cobra II conversion with the original Cobra body kit as well. Not restoring to original, just making a bad a$$ car out of 'er.
