New Brush Guard w/ pics.

MUCH and MANY thanks to WilyWillie (local guy from R,VA) for the brush guard install. Just some pics to share. Nothing special; snapped them on the way to work. Completely stock as of August '10; it now has 30" BFG A/T, and the brush guard, and zebra stripe flares (they're fading again after heat gun technique).

New tinted soft top windows are on the way from CA. Very excited about this. She's coming together nicely, slowly, but nicely. Just wanted to share some pictures since everyone loves pics..

I like the headlights in this pic, they look like eyes...

Nice....

Ditch the milkjugs, replace them with some flat ends and paint the headlight rings and you'll be amazed at the difference for such little $... Less than $10....

Thanks for the compliments!

Inferno- that's all on my to do list! I'm going to order the black grille inserts an the headlight rings I would paint them but then they wouldn't match. I'm OCD like that. And flat caps are nice but what would be the disadvantage of losing the milkjugs? I'm sure they're there for a reason....

Looks is the only reason.... Check CSEoffroad on ebay for headlight rings. I got mine from them and like them very much. Price was good too

If you paint em flat black after roughing them up with sand paper they will match great! Save yourself the money!

Nice Yella' Jeep

The more yellow jeeps in this world the better!

I almost wish my jeep was yellow but... Desery Sand Pearlcoat is pretty sexy too :P

Yea the jugs are for looks, and honestly your more likely to hit something with big plastic ends out there right? I mean you dont plan on hitting stuff I hope :P

and you mean the black wont match the other blacks on your jeep or what? Ive always wanted to see someone paint their bezels factory color LOL :O like yellow bezels... just for the heck of it. black will look sexy

I'm tired of all my brothers highschool girl friends obsessing over my yellow jeep. Apparently every highschool girl that wants a jeep wants a yellow one...wtf.

I never thought about owning a yellow Jeep before. But I kinda like it. it stands out. I will get the black bezels and grille inserts in the near future.

Hey Simplegreen--that looks excellent--where did you get it from and did it bolt into the stock bumper in existing holes?

BTW: moved up to the land of taxes and obscene insurance rates from Carytown, a couple blocks from Sticky Rice.

Thanks man, i actually bought it off a local guy here in Richmond. Yes it bolted into where those hook things are on your front bumper. The only thing you have to do is take off the bumper stop things that protrude out from the bumper. the two cube looking things.

oh really! I go to VCU so I'm in that area fairly often but I stay out near Short pump mall
