new clutch and slave cylinder

Any body have an easy way of getting the tranny back in after putting new clutch and slave cylinder on. I got a 1/2 inch to go and it seems like it wobt quite go unless i turn it a little then it wont line up. Can i turn the flywheel a lil to line it up? Im open to all ideas and solutions. 91 yj 2.5 wrangler.

I just did mine today and i had the same problem. Just double check the alignment of the clutch and easy it in.. i used a ratchet strap to help pull it together once i lined it up. Hope that helped
