Not sure what this guy was thinking...

Was on my way out to a state park on Sunday for some hiking with the wife when we saw this YJ for sale. My wife got upset when I turned around to go take some photos. She asked why I would want photos and I said cause if I don't take photos, it didn't happen.

Something didn't seem quite right so I had to take a photo.

Not only was it a 4 door YJ, it was also a truck

Incase you are wondering, yep, it's for sale

I love how there is the 4x4 emblem between the doors. I'm sure it doesn't do to well off-road. The Break-over angle is a killer.

My wife asked "What is that thing?" I responded "Sacrilege"

Not sure, with all those modifications, maybe it is front wheel drive now

I wanted to take some photos under the vehicle (I can't bring myself to call it a Jeep) but my wife was screaming at me to get back in our Jeep so we could leave. I think she was embarassed to be seen anywhere near this thing.

Does the square headlights on this one allow me to upload it to the YJ picture thread? or does the 4 doors mean I have to load it to the JK thread?

agreed - the welding job was nearly perfect. No seams and it was all nice and smooth. Maybe both jeeps were rear-ended. I should have looked to see if it had 2 VIN plates. Then I could have checked the Carfax

Great welder but doesn't change his own oil.

Yikes! The reason it's for sale is because someone slapped some sense into him. Geez loueez that's nasty.

all the insults.. all the uglies..

Are you KIDDING ME!
That is freaking fantasitc.
Not only is it amazing that it exists!, The welding and seem jobs are damned perfect, its practical and its, I reiterate is FREAKING AMAZING IT EXISTS! lmao.

Dude was obviously a jeep lover, but needed something bigger and longer for his property.. lol.
How he came up with that idea?, we can only presume dude has an Awesome hook up and a cool garage to play in. lol

I thought that the Pathfinder/Limo/Volkswagon in Spokane WA's Browns Edition was the coolest franken-car ever.
This thing most definately takes the cake.

Kids this is why you don't do drugs.

Maybe it was a unfinished stretched limo chassis and someone (who should be horse whipped) finished.

WARNING! the photos you are about to see are graphic and may not be suitable for young children, all Jeep owners, and most of the human race.

There was a company that you could take your tj to and they would make it into a four door. That think is...interesting. But I have been needing a truck....

Kauf - you should give them a call - you wouldn't have t drive too far.

Do me a favor, when you call, ask if it's a 4-banger
