Sounds good, man!

You definitely missed out though...it was a good time! Especially on some trails which we had no clue where we were lol

Chris - We'll have to take the other trail the next time we go...the one to the right instead of goin left like we did and see where that one goes!

So what's the ticket for exactly? Story time!

Nice pics btw, I love Colorado, I remember going out to Georgetown CO when I was younger, very beautiful area and I'd love to go back. Best camping ever!

Apparently you cant mud in the mud pits in the forest lol...

we hit the pit and then the green trucks (rangers) pulled up and talked to us. He was a super nice guy though so no big deal. Just shut the vehicles of and talked to him for a sec. He just said its illegal to do that in the forest and gave us a warning with no ticket...he also explained that most other guys arent as nice and would have ticketed so lucky us!

Chris - I saw where it flattened out but i was smellin a burning so i didnt wanna push it the rest of the way up. With the new gears n other goodies i'll be game for sure the next time for whatever! Just make sure you heal up quick!

hey man so i figured our trails out.
so mount baldy... do you remember when we stopped at the top of the first hill and there was a trail that cut back behind us. idk if you saw it cuz i didnt point it out. well anyways to get to the top of baldy im pretty sure your suppose to go up that trail.

bull park. we went down bull park backwards, when we got to the bottom us the mountain where the big park was that was the end of bull park so we went the whole trail backwards. if we would have taken left at the dead end it would have taken us down eagle rock backwards.

as for the road that went right that we talked about going up im still not sure where that went. and the trail with the big mud hole at the bottom is still unknowen to me to

awesome...guess that means you're gonna need to get better quick!!!

i've got a guy coming to look at my hardtop tomorrow and hopefully buy it tomorrow...offered me a grand for it (i'm askin 1,200)

So that'll be 100 lbs in weight savings right there lol..

lookin forward to you bein back to 100%

I knew that was bull park lol...at least we concurred the trail! Who cares if it was backwards lol...nice!

Cat gets here thursday so i'll try n get it put on friday...maybe saturday...

after that its gonna be the skids (mainly an engine/tranny skid) and then the rails/windshield/corner guards

good stuff man. im debating selling my hard top since its in almost perfect condition. but idk its nice during the winter.
who knows.

the cat will be nice more power to your jeep to get up those steep hills and those mud holes that they will try to ticket us for hahaha

one day i will make it to the top of baldy. its been my conquest for a few months now. i was hoping it would be before i left but hey, things happen. so it will be done the first time i get back out there hopefully early august when the leaves are still green then maybe ill get my camping trip in.

when you get your stuff on i wanna see pics man.

I've got two guys (possibly 3) interested in the top right now...gonna see how it goes.

The main thing i think they're interested in is because this is a 2 piece hardtop instead of a 1...

Its definitely nice in the winter and i like hardtops a lot. Main reason i'm selling it is because it'll give me a little extra cash even after getting a new soft top (trektop NX i think) and will also be nice when i wanna take the top down for the day.

When you dont have a garage, its kinda hard to mess with the hardtop all the time...

Yeah, the cat is clogged right now so it'll be nice to free up the power again...its not gonna be night and day different but it'll be better. Main reason i didnt wanna keep pushing was becuase with my RMS bad, i was leakin oil under heavy load like that...its getting fixed soon though!

We'll definitely make it to the top...my birthday is the 4th of august so we'll aim for that time frame!

I'll be posting pics for sure lol...only things that are gonna change the look will be the soft top (assuming i get it), the rails, the bumper, and the skids (kinda lol)

how does the two piece top work it makes no sense to me. and i ant wait to see the new trektop nx..

and yes the 4th i should be good my platlets have to be over one hundred thousand and thats still technically low. so if im above that my doc said i can prolly go ill just have to wear a mask =( but owell ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

its easy...

The front part (over the front two seats) can come off without the entire top coming off...the front half will just clip onto the "roof rack" i've got for storage when the entire thing is off or when just the front portion is off...

and obviously everything else is the same as a normal hardtop with glass windows and flip up rear hatch

sounds good, just shoot me a message or somethin when you're back...

I'll for sure update you with any parts i get...especially the trektop
