Dude. Switch to an E-Fan...I did...Makes the WORLD of difference....One suggestion if you do. Don't mount it to the rad directly. Make a bracket for it. I will try to get you some pix of mine. The way we bounce around took mine 1 month to rub holes in the rad and leak all over the place.

DD I'm about to, really considering it. and the water pump is definitely the case here might as well do it all in 1 shot ya know? New radiator.. so definitely don't want rubbed holes in it! I'll see what kind of CFM's I'm lookin at in our catalog at work.

So I didn't have my laptop with me when I went down to Jeep Beach so I didn't get a chance to get on here and post much. I had a heck of the night before I left trying to finish everything. Put on the steering, rear bumper, new muffler that sounds GREAT!, finished e-brake cables, Axial got a paint job, radiator flush, took off my KC's.. it was a crazo Wednesday, ended pulling an all nighter just to finish and meet everyone in Daytona Thursday morning haha. Here are just a few of before the weekend began..

When installing the drag ling I had to grind down my sway bar link bracket to get full turning ability to the right.. nothing too big but just tedious.

Also when installing the rear bumper my exhaust was sticking out too far to get the bumper to light up so i had to ratchet strap it to the frame and pull it back to install the bumper. You can also see where i was having trouble keeping the prethreded bolts in the bumper to stay in place while i tried to ligh up all 10 bolt holes. (i kept an extra set of 2 bolt mounts on it to give it more support cause I'm ocd like that, and i could get to it easily from the pass side. With a little love it slid into place perfectly! Nice and uptight to the body. I'll post before and after comparisons of the new bumper to the old and you guys can tell me what you think.

I promise I'm gonna take shots of the rear bumper differences! every time I go to its dark out cause of work. Full time now that spring is out.. kinda sucks casue I'm still taking a summer class. Tomorrow, I'm gotta get it tomorrow. Feel like I do huge posts with tons of pictures cause I don't stay on top of this thing like I wish I could. Here are some more shots from Jeep Beach tho. Took my KC's off and installed the Rigid Dually D2's! WAY better. Look at the comparison to a 6" KC on my buddies truck. Blows them out of the water. And I can't stress enough how much of a difference the DeFenders make while wheelin! Definitely need them with 42's

So as I mentioned earlier I went and took pictures of the bumper, Its dirty from playing in the woods Saturday night but you can see the clearance difference as well as the departure angles from the bottom sides of the bumpers. Also you can see the height of the Poison Spyder Rear Brawler bumper is much lower in caring the spare then the XRC was. I love this thing, the swing portion has roller bearings and races for strength and durability for the heaviest tire, as well as a latching mechanism built for a solid clasp, which means no rattling. All and all this thing is far better the the XRC.

Been cranking out side jobs for some extra cash, yet it seems like I'm still broke. o well. put in a radiator in a Toyota 4Runner tonight, not to bad, about an hr job. also fixed this trike looking thing for my neighbor things pretty sweet, and fast!

Ordering a new body for the Axial this weekend from Manny at X-Storm in Miami.JEEP JK Rubicon Body For The Axial Wraith

Also thinking about ordering a Antirock Sway Bar for the Rear end. Really needs one and I don't like the feeling of rear steer when I get off camber bad. Tires should be a top option, but I'm looking at well over 1500 for a set, even at cost for them.. booo

J. Why does the tire on the PSC look like it is cantered down? I like that bumper too btw.....
Seems like you were getting some pretty good flex on the rock too...It has come along really good.....
Looks like you work here is almost done.....NOT......

Don't feel bad on the tires. 4 are going to run me over 800...Hopeing to get them on the 18th or 19th along with alignment and that pinion redone.. I put a new nut on it and tightend it down....Helped some but now it is doing it just as bad again. Will 4WP do it when I get the new shoes....Still saving for my AR for the front too.....

Will be @ Vilano on the 20th so if you go stop by.

You got a good eye. it "sagged" because it was a 4:30am job to make it in time to jeep beach from picking it up from powder coater at 2:00AM LOL. AND RCPC stepped up big time getting it powder coated in 24hours of it being delivered! I was a very happy camper that Wend. night. It is fixed now tho, I'll post a picture of the final stance of it, thanks for pointing it out tho... least I know I have someone to critique me here! haha

Yeah tires will be the death of us. But I just did get a credit card, 1st one I've ever had actually....I'm doomed haha. If its any consolation I thought I had 31 spline till I removed and checked myself in rear got the kit to convert, just need case for it and I'm going to convert 28 to 31 and to disk rear while I build the D60.

I requested off that Sunday, lets see if I an get it off. Got a meeting with the heads of Jax clubs tomorrow to go over event and schedules for vendoring, should be a good time!

Found this sweet shot from Jeep Beach! Totally need new tires haha

LOL woohoo! I get a hall pass! yeah it was a crazo week man, so glad that semester is out. summer starts Monday

July 14th, Gander Mnt. St. Augustine Matanzas Show and Shine. closest one to us that i can recall. mark it on the calendar yo!

also: here is the fixed shots. I moved the tire back to the hoop to stop any rattle. much better then before, never made noise, but now really doesn't make noise

Forgot all about my new antenna! from AntennaWorks, sleek, firm rubber, and stubby. (get ur minds out of the gutters!!!) perfect from what the stock one was, no more bangin around on the Rigid Duallys!

Ended up pulling my buddy out of the mud tonight haha. Thank you SI12000 Mile Marker played around a little bit too, its so hard to get a front shot at night cause the duallys are so bright!

Muuuuuch better.....HAHAHAHA
Ok good July 14th. That should give me plenty of time to get my AntiRock for the front.
Dear Gawd them this be bright...I would have felt bad for your buddy and his passenger if you had the duallys on in their faces.. Who went into the puddle to hook up?????
What did you do with the old lights you had on the windshield?
The spyders all lit up look sick as hell.....

I can tell you I didnt get dirty, put it that way. Lol the duallys are wicked bright, no comparison to KCs. It hurts just walking across the jeep when they are on. Still got my old ones. They are beat tho. Both lenses cracked

Nice choice on the antirock!

If Rigid had a " Rigid Industries call" like the "Bat call" or the "thunder Cat Call" it would look something like this into the sky!

So I have like 10000000 things coming to me in the mail.. mostly Axial parts haha but some others too. Since I have no more money for real Jeep parts. I figured I'd tear into the Axial tonight. I already have the Poison Spyder Diffs, alumi hubs front and rear with alumi knuckles and steering; With beadlock wheels. Installed the PSC BFH front bumper on it (Replica of*) lol high steer and chassis mounted steering box (rather then at the top of axle) so many screws! and I think a paint job under neither is necessary. Tomorrow at work I will buy some paint!

HAHA funny guy here lol. shes married, but a nice girl. I will use the Duallys to get the mail at night cause i have a dually fetish. I feel so bad for people on the highway when I get my 50"
I and packed the next 2 or 3 weeks, but my mid June is looking good (for now) I know the JK body was all thats available, unless I send Axial pics of the TJ and they send me and EXACT replica scale model

Had the day off so decided to head to the skeet range with some peeps, Also picked up a new shotty! And a new Lady Friend! She did pretty good for her 1st time too. Was definitely a good time. Went wheel that night, awesome seeign a CJ out there wheel with us for a 1st! haha. Did a little too much flexing tho coming off a ledge and popped the rear passenger spring right out. What stopped it from falling to the ground was it wedging itself inbetween the lower control arm bolt and the back of the drum. No big deal, nothing a highlift jack couldn't fix! I am installing spring clips in all 4 coil springs so THAT wont happen again. Still a good time. Need a steering brace tho, I can hear the steering box creek when I dry steer. Possibly looking into a PSC hydro assist, but may not be till Fall till that happens. For now if it goes out I'll do the Durango Box Swap.

I got mine back from 4WP....They told me the spring I showed you was normal sometimes they dont go all the way in because the cup is flat. I am going to look into clips as well.

Where was that range at? Do they have a pistol range too?? I am looking at the Kel-Tec SSG. Saw it on an episode of American guns. Think it would be a good home defence weapon. It actually holds more than my .45 not that I will need 15 rounds of 00 buck but will be fun at a range.....
