31's fit on my YJ but I want more room for flex and such, and I can't go any bigger with the tires because my Jeep tops out 75 mph as it is. I think I'm gunna go with a 3.5

I run a 2.75 BB lift and run 33x12.50's on my 99 wrangler. Only rubs when rock crawling, trails and mud no prob!

Built it from scratch. It's been fun. I got the design from the old Bantam trailers.

I often forget that there are other types of Jeeping than rock crawling. As a result, I am baffled when you guys say you run 31" tires (or larger) on your stock TJ and experience no rubbing--I can make 31s rub even with a 2" lift. But I guess that's because my Jeeping tends to involve terrain which is more... uneven. To wit:

FYI: this is the TeraFlex budget boost 2" lift on OEM coils, TeraFlex shocks, TeraFlex front swaybar disconnects and rear swaybar delete.
