I hate to tell you black box guys this, but coming from a professional detailing point of view, there is MUCH better stuff out there. I would never use those products on my paint, or any cars paint for that matter.

1. Um, why not use it?
2. What product are you suggesting is better?

If you're going to tell people not to use it, MIGHT want to say way....

I'm no pro but the paint is covered by clear coats. I can't really see how a black wax would enhance the paint. If it did there would be all kinds of colored wax right?

Anything you buy at autozone, pep boys, etc is going to have a ton of fillers, and just overall poor quality. It only fills in the scratches, etc. It will slowly make your paint worse and worse.

I use pinnacle products either by hand, or I use a porter cable random orbital buffer.

Pinnacle Natural Brilliance, pinnacle car care products, souveran, signature series, carnauba, paintwork cleansing lotion, car wax, paint protection

I hear you. I'm a member of a BMW detailing forum from back in my BMW days.... had 3 black ones. For ME... the best products are Pinnacle Souvern wax over the top of Classe All-In-One acrylic sealer.

I'm going to second the Classe All in one. I have used it twice a year (spring and winter). Last year however I accidentally left it out in the shed, any idea if it's still good having been frozen?

I just got back from Portugal on a bussiness trip. My company put me up in a hotel right next to a Jeep dealer. They had several new JK's in the show room that looked like this and all had diesel engines to boot. The problem i herd from the locals is no one can afford a Jeep there, but they do like them.

I wonder how much it would be to buy one and ship it back?
