Well, here is the video of me taking people home lastnight in the buggy. The roads out here are still not passable... I will not even attempt this one road.. It was not to bad lastnight but now it has drifts that are 3 to 4 ft all the way down it.
The roads lastnight were not to bad but they got that way real quick.. People were getting stuck but the Ford kept plugging along.. But finally I got it stuck.. Its still not home.. The roads got worse when I went to drop some people off and when I headed back.. They got just that much worse..
The buggy has not had a terrible time, but at times it would almost come to a stop..
Anyway, I got all the neighbors home and with there loved ones for Christmas..

Video may make you sick.. :puke:

This porch is about 1 ft or so from the ground and the snow is another 1 to 2 ft above it...

I love this picture of our house.. This was yesterday afternnon

One of the trucks stuck out here.. Had to brake the Tractors out to get some of them..

This morning.. The drifts on this road are about 3 to 4 ft deep .. I was running this road lastnight to get people in and out of our area..

This was the road going into our area.. I was running this one lastnight and this morning.. No one has been on the roads except me..

Just a pretty picture !!

I live in Wichita Falls Texas.. North Central Texas.. Last time we had this much snow was like in 1986 or 1989... I was in High Scool back then..
Girl friend lived out here and her dad told me I could not make it out here so not to try..
Little did he know I had one thing on my mind... And... I was gonna make it out here... and I did and it paid off... Awwwwwww.. the good ole days :D

it rained on Christmas, its finally snowing today, went sledding with the family, there's maybe 4" now which is nothing here, but it all froze up pretty quick so its icey. so i watched some idiot driving a subaru, slide into a stop sign from the sled hill, i'm so glad to be off work for the weekend and i don't have to deal with these idiots on the road.

people turn all stupid all the sudden when it snows.

Funny thing is,people will spend hours digging out their cars only to make it a block and bury themselves and walk back home.I've been dogged about buying such an expensive vehicle that can't haul anything.Guess who's laughing now.Time to fetch youngest son and celebrate x-mas.Take care everyone and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!!

Wow, that's alot of snow. Course, we don't have to deal with it so much in the winter, these days; moved from NY to AZ 16 years ago. However, we do go and play in it at our mountain house. Took these pics in early and late December; I wasn't even going to try and get the Jeep up our drive. Too deep (18"), too steep and too long (400'). Anyway, snow fun in NAZ.

All that snow looks like fun, a least for a little while.
And here I was thinking it was cool that I left the sprinkler on all night and had ice all over one of my palm trees.
It snowed a little here in Jax way back in 89. I remember making a snow/dirt man.
After these last few days in the 20s I wish it was balls hot again.

Those are awesome country shots Apex and Yardfab-Heres my favorite today.:wavey:
Thanks, Baja - I love the pic of your ride, with the headlights on; didn't think of doing that.

I love Stinger's pic of his remote abode! I'd love to have neighbors like his.....far away. Beautiful. I'd love to see a similar shot, in the summer.

Nice pics and nice vid's, y'all.

It's pouring down in buckets, as I type. Too bad my TJ is 95 miles away, cause I'd love to do some swampin' in the morning.
