Went to Julian today...

tiny and I rode up to Julian today. For those of you not here in SoCal, Julian is a frontier town of sorts. It is an old mining community. We went to the Museum and had lunch in this dinky little "cowgirl" restaurant... Freaking great coffee and the best damned Meatloaf sandwich I ever had.
Back in 2003 and many times in recent history, this area has been plagued by wildfires. Anyway, we stopped and hiked a bit just outside of town and got some great pics.
