Worst day your Jeep ever had

I'll start this off with a little story about my 1999. I loved this Jeep. It was the first Jeep I had that I didn't have to tow home and assemble from parts. Anyway, it was memorial day 2006. To bad I had to work, it was a beautiful day and the sun was shining. We just finished the memorial day service up town and I get dispatched to my house for a 10-70(fire). Soooo....
This is what happens when you ask your 16 year old son to cut the grass and take out the trash. Jeep was moved into back yard the night before so it would be safe from flying rocks when mower was used by driveway. Hmmmm, son thought......I'll burn the cardboard instead of bringing it to the alley. Wooooosh! Flash fire, he has no hair on his legs now. Gas can, which wife just filled with $13.00 in gas for yard cutting, bursts into flames.... Son panics and tosses can away....... under my Jeep. To make things worse I was on duty and was dispatched to my own house. I arrived before the Fire Department and ran to the back yard to see my fully involved prized possession turning into an inferno. Quick note when dealing with an insurance company, don't keep maintenance records in glove box. This makes proving your mileage a bit tougher. - Dave

Surprisingly punishment never entered my mind. The look on his face and the fact he was ok was good enough. Oh and full coverage insurance!

Saddest day for me was a few months after owning my brand new 2010 JK I met this really awesome girl. I met her because she owns a jeep and I just thought one day while going home after work, I would put a note on her windshield asking if she knew where some good trails were? We went out a few weeks later to one of my favorite spots to wheel and had a great time. At one point the trail we were on was blocked by a giant tree that had fallen over a few days ago from all the heavy rain in our area. When we got to it and stopped, I just looked over at her and smiled while turning the wheel really sharp and driving over 6 foot bushes. When we emerged on the other side of the tree my new JK was covered in flowers from the top of the trees and bushes I just destroyed.

The sad part of this story is that I found out right afterward that she was in a relationship already :(. I manned up and stepped back from that.

sitting in the center median on my tire that broke off looking at my upside down jeep waiting to go to jail.. stupidity at its finest hour...then having to leave a week later for basic and all the "jeep" money went to pay my fines and court costs....

Bought my 00 wrangler w/ 46,980 last month. After 42 miles, going 10mph on an icy hellish road and spokane ditches on the sides of back roads I ended up rolling it once. My luck.

Just got it back yesterday

^ well there is your problem.
Never wrecked a jeep but I did wreck a 30 ton tour bus when I was 12. I might be able to dig up some pictures Also the fire thing from the OP. I would have been dead and this Is why I carry a fire extinguisher.
And firefighters don't get all the love I've wanted to be a cop since I was born.

Land vehicle Vehicle Motor vehicle Sidecar Mode of transport

Me and my girlfriend wanted to take a backroad on a nice day out, top off, doors off. Speed limit is 35 and im going 30. Im coming up on this turn and i didnt know it would be as sharp as it was so i decided to cruise around it....

I pressed my brakes harder than i should have and fish tailed. The Jeep hit a bank and flipped 3 times. My Girlfriend got out with a couple scratches and pulled a Boss move, threw me over her shoulders, unbuckled my seatbelt and pulled me out of the jeep. I got stitches in my wrist and staples in my head. I thank god for seatbelts!.
