Sorry for no pic of my first time offroad and first time stuck moment but figured I would share. Driving back from a funeral I spot a sign for a park with a lake. Water level was very low so I went for a drive and found an underground spring feeding the lake.

Passenger front tire sunk to the frame and me walking the lake bed in my black dress, stockings and heels to find somebody to pull my Jeep out.

I just went out about an hour ago because it had just stopped raining. I went by my self to a little mud hole that's close by and ended up getting stuck. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to pull me out.

Here's a pic of my old mud truck. It was a 78 bronco with a 4in lift on 38in super swampers.

This happened a few hours ago. Bottomed up in a creek on my buddies farm (the spare tire is touching the creek water). My rear tires were almost non-visable. Worst part is I have no recovery hooks on the rear bumper. Had to get my buddies F-350 to pull me out with two tow straps around my bumper (which was hard because it was buried in the creek muck and mud). My bumper is bent but I got out. Bad choices make the best stories.

I wish I had pics of my worst moment.

I had an '84 Bronco II and was in Corpus Christi at the time. I took it down to the Laguna Madre and was cruising down the road looking for a good spot to jump into the mud. I found a nice flat plain and took off. I got braver and braver and ran the front end into what I thought was just water. I felt the hole vehicle slide off what was a concrete embankment I didn't realize was there and buried my Bronco up to the doors. I popped the doors open and mud came inside.

So I walked the half mile the the fire station and called my dad. He came out and his Silverado couldn't get me out, he called his oil field foreman and his F250 couldn't get me out. So they brought out a back hoe (thank god our company shop was just a mile away) and he had to get the bucket to lift the back end out.

I learned a lesson, don't mud at night, don't go as a single vehicle, and don't play in the mud on the coastal plains because it's little more than a vacuum cleaner.

Now I avoid mud when possible and prefer to just stick to hunting trails.

This is not my mussiest stuck moment but my most off camber one. I was straddling the washout and my back tire slipped in. I had to reverse out with a strap on my roll bar and 4 guys pulling on it. My most sideways moment.

I really wish I had my Jeep out there.

The Ranger got stuck, the Hilux got stuck trying to pull it out.

Or we've adapted our rigs enough not to get stuck from all prior accidents! Thus not having the ability to post any further
