front pinion went boom... middle of the sand dunes in pismo..... its what happens when you have someone else do work for you and they forget to add fluid......

hard to tell but we had to put my front bumper on top of a hitch extension on the unimog....chain, and ratchet straps..... pull the front tires and tow her back through the dunes..... broke around midnight... got in as the sun came up. FML

First time i took my jeep out. See, it doesnt even have a tag on it yet. It had radials on it and they just caked up as soon as it started to spin. Took me about 20 min to get out but it was under my own power..

Got stuck in there over the weekend. Had to wait 2 hours for a friend to come get me. But while I was waiting a rain shower decided to come by and I figured it's be a great time to buy a winch. So hello Q9000 I'll be awaiting your arrival in 7-10 days

Well don't have a picture from the outside of the car....

....but this is my leg.....

And the passengers side.....

And after we got pulled out of the water....

After draining & drying:

Did my best on the new paint job. Pleased with it

Never got the interior fully clean again after that day....

Well, this is my worst and only stuck moment from the single off-road adventure I have had in my Jeep.

Doesn't look that bad there, but after four hours, I had dug my tires in pretty well. Finally got out at about 10pm. All of the guys in trucks had tried to pull me out, but they only got themselves stuck, so I finally dug my way out with a little entrenching tool. Nowhere near as bad as your guy's adventures, but hey, I gotta start somewhere.

Had the Jeep for less than a week. Oops.

Outside of Charleston, SC. This happened yesterday and I bought the Jeep a week ago today. Lesson learned: know the size of the hole BEFORE you go into it.

This happened the other day. Made it through two water crossings and made it through this mud the first time. Just got stuck going the other way. Had to call a co-worker to come pull me out with his dodge. And this was all while I was working.
