I know some jeep folks in Mass, and from what I hear from them, offloading is illegal in RI, Conn, and Mass,, better head north or west to be legal..

I am a mass resident too, I did not realize off roading was illegal. I'm from SE Mass myself, about 45 mins from the Cape. I've never been wheelin', where can we go?
