Post Trails, land & Trail partners In Delaware?

Hay guys & gals,

Does anyone know of any trails here in lower DE? Sure the beach is fun but every Jeep needs a little mud in its life. Also it would be great to look up with some locals here to go wheeling together.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Yeah i met up with them at Ocean City Jeep week, there land is up in Salsbury. They are a great bunch of guys and their land use fee is affordable for sure. I was just looking to see if I could find a local place to play without hiking up there but thanks for the heads up.

Hi there, new as well and I'm Northern DE. So far it looks like I'll be buzzing to NJ for Pine Barrens for my first off roading experience. (Driving myself, that is) I'll post if I find anything around here. I've been told the C & D canal might have a couple small spots.

The C&D canal is not legal. There are a few cool spots that I may or may not have visited in my younger days but DNREC might nab you and give you a ticket. The Pine Barrens are ok but not technical. Rausch Creek is my preferred spot now and I am going to try the new Anthracite Outdoor Adventure area soon.
