Trails near san antonio texas

Any one know of any spots to go wheeling anywhere around San antonio Texas. The state has shutdown the rivers and r inforcing hefty fines to people who go wheel down them. So if any one knows of a legal spot to wheel please let me know

I too am interested in this. It's getting harder to find places to just wheel at.

I do know of a few places to go but it's private land and not open to the public. But if we could get a few people together maybe we could hit some trails

I'm in Houston, but I'm always interested to heading out to San Antonio...never been there and want to. What type of trails? My jeep is stock and I DON"T want to damage, i'd prefer not to even scratch it.

Mostly just ranch roads and dry creek beds. Buy if u don't want to scratch it then u should probably keep it on the pavement cause some of these trails can get a little grown up with brush. How bout mudding cause there is a place in medina county that called the medina county mud drags. He has a pit and a atv track that's lots of fun and it's right across the street from the house

If it was my Jeep, I wouldn't worry as much, but it's not. At least this weekend I'm going to SPI, so I can have some fun in the sand with it and I won't have to worry about scratches there.

we're planning on going to hidden falls adventure park here soon. Only a couple hours outside san antonio. Private property but still looks like some fun. No place to go if you dont want to mark up the jeep though.

It's just outside of Marble Falls Texas.. Just west of Austin.. Here's a web site to the park.

Moving to Austin

I am going to Austin this weekend to pick up my Rubi. My wife was relocated there by work and I will follow once I can sell our house and get a job going. We would be interested in checking out some places with you guys as well.

I'm in Austin too... And being from Utah I really miss my wheeling. Anybody have any pictures of local wheeling?
