Decide where you will go wheeling and how much clearance you need. Then pick a tire size and then get the lift needed to clear the tires. Its all in getting it to match what you plan on doing. Got a Jeep club in town, join up and go to a meeting you will see all kinds of Jeeps with all kinds of different mods. That will start giving you an idea of what you will need for where you wheel. Also they will be more than happy to pass on solid advice of what and where to get it.
