350 Crate Engine 290 HP HO 12499529

Looking at these two crate engines for my 92 YJ. Is one more complete than the other?

Look like they are essentially identical and being both are GM crate engines, the Summit price looks really attractive. For either of those, I would be using a slightly more aggressive cam.

Going to put EFI on it?

I was going to go carbureted, so no EFI.

intake manifold, carburetor, ignition system, starter, balancer, water pump, engine mounts, radiator, fuel pump... What am I forgetting?
