4.0l build

I'm thinking about building a 4.0l for my wrangler I didn't know what a good combo would be between the cam, intake, board size and crank. With the least machine work possible but will make a decent amount of torque and power.?? Any suggestions

Comp cam makes a torque 4x4 Cam, comes with Hydraulic Flat Tappet rockers too, 60 k miles and no problems. Diamond pistons also makes a kit for the 4 liter would highly recommend them to.
I don't remember the horsepower torque numbers but it's definitely a big difference.

92YJ 2" BDS Lift, 34 12.5 16 TrXus MT's NV3550 ford 8.8, Rebuilt 4.0, Comp 4x4 Cam, Diamond high comp pistons few other bolt ons.

MetalCloaks N 37" coming soon

When was the last time you got an adrenaline rush at 3 mph?

OK how would I go about strokeing it. What would I need for a crank and rods?

You would need to get bigger fuel injectors for it too if you're considering a stroker. If you do a search there are some really good threads about building a stroker on the internet. It would be a little more expensive than a regular rebuild though.
