BTW - just 2 save someone else the the trouble - in 92 the wire harness 2 the tail lights and the tail light connections changed so if you do a tub swap 2 an earlier YJ make sure you keep your rear harness and tail lights. - Bill

Well 2nite was a long one - put the dash back 2gether!!!! this was not an easy task being I did not take it apart but I persevered - There was much cursing and more than a couple cold ones but now all the dash is in and I realize I am not as young as I used 2 b. Also put the tire carrier and some decals on - Here are some pics!! - See ya - Bill

You have some mad skill at what your doing! I wish I could do half as much as you are doing with your jeep on mine.
Very impressive.

Thanks all - I've built a few Jeeps, cars and bikes and spent 20 years in the Navy woring on aircraft/equipment so Ive learned as I worked. Its all about learning to do what your uncomfortable doing even when your scared to death you will F something up!! - plus - I've always been 2 broke 2 pay someone else!! So I've learned allot by virtue of an empty wallet!! Thanks again 4 the kind words!!! See ya - Bill

crtaylor - I used a Kit from ebay - the paint and clear all came in the kit - it was really not a "flawless" paint job there is a good bit of dirt on the hood that needs buffed out but - well - its a Jeep!!! and I can buff it later!!! and it really looks fine 2 me - the clear did lay very nice - my nephew Jim (the guy who did the painting) says it is all about the wet sanding - I'm happy with the outcome and glad its blue!!
