Power steering fluid tank

I am not rebuilding a wrangler, but I need to replace several component parts (Man. transmission and the power steering fluid tank)
What I need is a 'blueprint of a 4.0L v6 1993 Jeep Wrangler engine. Does anyone know where I can get that?
Thanks

I don't know what u need a blueprint 4 - but - you can find a breakdown of the jeep part 4 part in the factory manuals and most all the parts I needed I could find used or new on ebay although I bought most of my parts from a Jeep junk yard I found close to home. Good luck - Bill

So after 2 LONG weeks of freezing madness both outside at the u pull it place and at home in my frozen garage I finally have 4WD that works - I now have a Super low mileage X-fer case from a TJ, a new rear main seal, new oil pan and bolts(bolts were soo rusted I had 2 weld nuts 2 them 2 get them out), and a homemade lock in lock out system 4 my front axle NO MORE f*****N VACUUM on my axle Yeah!!!!! and lets hope no more 5 inch oil spots each morning(Knock On Wood). Now of course it wont snow the rest of the year!! LOL but thats alright I guess Ill just have 2 go find some hills 2 climb!!
See ya! Bill............:>}

I thought someone might ask about that - First off I actually found a auction on ebay 4 plans to "buid your own" posi lock for @ $4 so I bought it. The directions came in pdf form and are very easy and detailed. That said - I didnt take pics while I did mine but for $4 if you wanna do it I would highly recommend getting the pdf off ebay. The directions show how 2 take a bike brake cable/barrell adjuster and a spring with a lawnmower type throttle lever (about $25 if you buy all new parts but you prolly already have some of the stuff laying around the house) drill a couple holes and run the cable to actuate the 4WD. For $4 I think its worth buying the directions. Jeep Cherokee YJ XJ 4x4 Posi-Lock posilock 4WD dana 30 - eBay (item 190499733552 end time Feb-14-11 15:15:36 PST)

The other week I replaced the transfer case and got the 4WD working - but - still had a leak at my slip yoke. I also have just a little back and forth play at my universal attached 2 the axle yoke - very little about 1/16 between stops. So I ordered everything from the tail cone to the rear yoke that I thought could contribute to the problem so here are some shots of the work so far.
1)Here i believe is the leak problem - my slip yoke is torn up!! 2) This is a shot of the new slip yoke installed.3)here is a shot of my cleaned up tail cone with a new seal. 4) If you look close inside the cone you can see the new yoke bushing I installed - the bushing on both tail cones was worn out. The slip yoke doesn't seem to be leaking now I will keep an eye on it. Next I will have to go to a shop with a lift to do the axle yoke I couldn't get the yoke nut off in my garage I will take some pics when I get it done. At least for now its not leaking
See ya - Bill

Bumpers

Today Ol'Scrappie got some new bumpers (actually the back has been on a while but this is the first time I updated pics). I ordered these from D&G custom out of Scranton Pa if you would like this kind of bumper they have several 2 choose from and they are very reasonable price wise. The first shot is of the bumper as it came from FedX without paint - I just used rustolium satin black. next shot is of new back bumper then a couple shots of the new front bumper. D-rings should b here in a day or 2. Next up new wheels - but that will be a few weeks. See Ya - Bill

I think the polished look goes better with your blue color. I had them on my YJ. For some reason I didn't lime the black rims. With that said I like the black rims on HUGICR red jeep.

I found a U-Pull-It Junk yard close to my house that sells ANY set of bucket seats on the lot for $30 a pair!! So I spent some quality time searching around the yard and found some nice seats. They came out of a Subaru Outback. I Fabbed and welded them to the factory seat mounts and heres a few shots of how they turned out - Pretty snazzy for ol'scrappie
See Ya - Bill
