95 yj project gone bad!

Okay my jeep 3rd here i have bought as a complete project. i got it with out a transmission in it and a supposed th300 3 speed auto sitting next too it. turns out to be a tf6/a906 3 speed Chrysler. i have also bought a 231d transfer case to go with it. now this thing was a standard before i bought it and i don't want to go through all the trouble of changing the steering column and plus i think a slap shifter is just so much cooler.
now my problem is i've never done a auto conversion.
I need help with the following
I don't know how to install a kick down or hook up the foot pedal to the carb to the kick down ect.
I need to install a slip yoke eliminator in my transfercase and don't know where to get one or how to do it.
I also heard that the transmission needs a vaccuum plate. is this confused with a dust plate or is this something different.
