97 SE 2.5L rebuild

I tore the Jeep apart today and found that cylinder 1 piston is cracked. The cylinder walls are fine and I am looking for advice on pistons, rings and gaskets. I want to do a piston kit and hone the cylinder walls. I am just looking for the best bang for the buck as like everyone else I am on a budget.

I am looking to put hyperuetec pistons and rings. The bore is standard and I do not plan on making it any larger. I have been told that I need to buy new head bolts.... is this true?
