after 3 years searching i finally have my FORD 77 1/2 -79 HP dana 60

so after a 3 year search i found this diamond for $800, needs outer pinion bearing, that's it.

does anybody know who makes a super strong weld on 4 point for this beauty on my 99TJ going full width on this puppy! sterling 10.25 rear with a 1 point, thanks to i build em big, and his expertise. coil springs for now, coil overs later when i can afford. getting stretched, tub'ed and boated. full cage inside of hardtop, ITS ALASKA! running 4.54 gears, any suggestions for tire size with the 4.0? six in a row makes it go! thinking 39.5's lots of snow and mud, may need lower gears?... the only two things i need are a pipe bender and lots and lots of time.

The Holy Grail of front ends. I gave up on looking for a HP 60 for my Dodge. With Clayton being 40 miles from me, they go for a premium around here.

I have 4:56's on 35's & would have gone deeper with gears if I had it to do all over again. I would go no taller than 5:13's with that setup. You'll have plenty of good ratios to choose from with those two diffs. Sounds like it's gonna be a blast.

It's a vicious cycle. It'll be well worth it in the end.
