It's a really good excuse to put armor on those corners... Just bang it out as close to normal as you can, put some paint on it to stop rust, and suit up...

x2 on what InfernoGirl said. Instead of paint, put some POR 15 on the exposed metal...you can buy it by the quart. Ain't cheap, but it is the best stuff for preservation and keeping rust out. You don't have to get the prep kit for a small item to get covered, just clean it good and apply. I have done all the frames on my jeeps with it and it does last and protect better than paint, plus if you want to paint over the POR 15, let it cure a day or so and scuff it with a scotch brite pad and hit it with some paint-then put the corners on...good to go....

x4 - if you do a good amount of 'wheeling, (even if you're a weekend warrior) you'll end up getting more bumps & bruises anyway. bodywork on a jeep is (in my opinion) pointless.

X5 just bang it out and put armor on it. My armor held up to a cop car hitting me. Messed up the cops car and all I got was a scratch.
