Oh I know, I have two already...one making over 500, but its pretty worthless because it gets hot too fast to pull anything. I'd rather pass someone going uphill with 3 times the load they have hehe

OOOO 10K pounds wont hold you back to much......instead of 10's you will have to do with high 11's....

I use to build diesels for a living here locally, specifically anything mopar (srt8-10's blah blah)... its amazing what the 12v's can do, in reality they are still one of the hardest running mills to beat dollar 2 dollar for horsepower! the 24 valve ISB was kinda a disappointment when looking at it. But a nice compound set up, injectors and fuel plate and IC you will be styling... 500 is stupid easy for a 12v to accomplish.

Not really. Ive got to catch up on about 10k worth of bills before I can buy anymore substantial parts for it. I figure there's at least 6 months of stuff I can do in the meantime. I roughly figured its gonna take 15k to finish it.

Since its on bags why not build a flat bed with a dove tail on it, air it down and drive the GE on it then air up and drive off. That would freak folks out!

LOL I dont think that will work since it wont drop that far down, but ramps maybe could work. I'm gonna try and keep the bed as narrow as possible since I hate the wide look of most flatbeds. Good idea though

I do have an idea about a pillow/pulley block so I can use the PTO winch to pull things on trailers.

Yeah that sounds about right, but maybe longer depending on cashflow. I know I will be throwing around 5K at the motor and over 4K at the tranny so that will take awhile to come up with lol
