Brakes locking up on mornings

Hey all, in the morning for the last week or two when I first go to move my brakes seem to be locked up on me( rear) I got the lines bled figuring its moisture but they are still doing it. How ever, when I let it run for about 20min they don't do it :s I have done a little light wheeling threw maybe 8" of snow at the absolute most, seen a small amount on mud ( just the dirt road behind my shop, nothing a civic couldn't drive threw ) and I have gone threw a giant lake like puddle in a parking lot a few times, temp still around 0 degreesC, and the puddle comes up to my running boards. My take my wheels off after work today and get a close look.

Anybody experience this or know anything about it?

07' wrangler x, everything is stock under there, only mechanical upgrade is a leveling kit
