Carb to fuel injection conversion

I'm in the process of changing over from a carbureted 4.2l, to a fuel injected 4.0l from a 93 Grand Cherokee Ltd.
I am using the PCM, power distribution center harness, fuel injector harness and all sensors and accesories from the 93 Ltd. as well. Engine is in, hooked up, and cranks. I have original engine harness spliced into new one. I have power to the distribution center, PCM, and to at least one leg of each relay(starter, auto shutdown, fuel pump, etc...), but none of the relays activate with key on, resulting in no power to coil, distributor, injectors, and sensors(MAP, O2, TPS, etc...). All ground wires to PCM and harnesses are hooked up and check ok.
Any ideas, advice, tips, or direction toward a similar or helpful thread or link would be extremely appreciated.
I can't imagine I'm the only one who's ever done a conversion like this, so I'm hoping there is some info out there that will help me get running again.
Thanks for reading.

Have you had any luck getting it to work. I was thinking about doing this myself. I have a 1988 YJ and a 2001 Grand Cherokee that would be the donor. Let me know how you made out. Thanks...Gunny Out!!

The capacitors in the PCM were bad causing the no power problem. A junkyard PCM fixed that, but now it starts and stalls after a few seconds. I by-passed the security module and still nothing. I am ordering a remanufactured PCM. I'll post the results after installation.

In tank pump? I swapped tanks...

Ain't got gas to it....actually I first used a 125psi racepump I had laying about...don't do that you will blowout the injectors(after all the rubber lines) turns out there is a reason for those stainless braided...
