I'm in the process of changing over from a carbureted 4.2l, to a fuel injected 4.0l from a 93 Grand Cherokee Ltd.
I am using the PCM, power distribution center harness, fuel injector harness and all sensors and accesories from the 93 Ltd. as well. Engine is in, hooked up, and cranks. I have original engine harness spliced into new one. I have power to the distribution center, PCM, and to at least one leg of each relay(starter, auto shutdown, fuel pump, etc...), but none of the relays activate with key on, resulting in no power to coil, distributor, injectors, and sensors(MAP, O2, TPS, etc...). All ground wires to PCM and harnesses are hooked up and check ok.
Any ideas, advice, tips, or direction toward a similar or helpful thread or link would be extremely appreciated.
I can't imagine I'm the only one who's ever done a conversion like this, so I'm hoping there is some info out there that will help me get running again.
