Clutch help!!

I'm in the process of putting in a new clutch in my 04 TJ. At the point now of dropping the tranny out. Any one know how many bolts hold the trans up? Also there seems to feel like at the top of the bell there are 2 goofy bolts. Any idea if they have to come out or what socket they use if they do have to come out? I have a manual but it just says remove the bolts, no numbers!
