So today I turned 50 bucks of 3/16 steel from this... To these. I have to finish making frame Mounts and add another piece with a small bend that will to in the empty spot on the bottom now. They will be full coverage. Probably going to get raptor lined. I originally was going to make some tube rails for on them but I think I am gona go away from that and leave it with the sliders. I can always add them however.

I have four holes w/ bolts I forget the exact size. Pretty decent. Three go into the tub and into a backing plate. One bots about 4 inches behind the inner front fender. Might try one in the back not sure. As for the underside, I might do Nut serts for now, buy frame brackets are going to made with some scrap I have left, and gusseted in. I'm going to use at least the top two stock holes for the stock steps.

As far as tubes I'm really temped to order some, but I can get like 12 feet of sch 40 for 25 bucks. And my buddy will Bend Em for free. I just can't decide.

So they are lipped so that they cover the corner of rhe tub all the way right? Cause the pictures only show it being covering the side, not edge.

Clarify a little.

I think I know what you mean. You mean the underside as well as the sides? They are from fender to fender, and cover up 5.5 inches. And underneath for 7 inches between the rear two body Mounts on the side of tub. The other piece will cover the other space.

I meant the corner of the tub, the only spot on your rockers that goes underneath protecting the corner of the Jeep is out back, so there is a piece that covers the front part?

Yeah sittin on the floor. It's gona have a small bend in it so that it will sit flush with the tub at the body mounts and will slope gradually from the edge to there.

Those do look really good!

What do the fasteners anchor into? I think you said a plate is it the same thickness as the sliders?... I'm really considering something like this for my rig once I get it back together..

I wish. Super cheap to make. And not too hard. I don't have the time to make more than a few though. Maybe if I pick up a welder for home I'll do a short run. My welder is on the farm. 15 mins away.

Here is how it connects to the tcase skid, I think your year actually uses a clamping bracket that goes over a lip on yours instead of drilling. They got rid of the lip in the later years.

Then there is an arm that goes from here

To up here under the engine mount

The third point of connection is here where it bolts onto the lca mount

If you think you may ever go long arm then they make another skid that connects to the other engine mount with a similar arm instead of the lca mount.
