Custom Solid Center Console

Instead of buying a cheap plastic factory center console that anyone walking by could get into, I wanted something that i knew was going to be secure when I have the top down on my TJ. Hope this gives some others ideas to get creative with bits of steel you have laying around your garages. Keep up the custom work guys!

I need to make one for mine too. I made a custom steel tool box for the rear drivers over fender so lock up all my wheeling tools and stuff. I love it. Need to just get the center console made too.

I made mine from 1/8th" plate.

Thanks! it wasnt too hard to build, just lots of measuring and test fitting to make sure the parking brake would still hold all the way. This is a lot more fulfilling than going and handing someone lots of money for a prebuilt one haha
