D-ring shackle tabs/mount????

Can anyone point me in the direction of a place or website I can just get the tabs/mount to weld to the bumper? Everywhere i've looked its the plate with tab or outrageous prices. Mind you (as for store) I live in Indiana. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a 3/4" thick piece of plate and cut 10 mounts out of it. the hardest part was drilling the 7/8" holes for the shackles... I'm sure you could find a local machine shop or metal yard that could fabricate something relativly easily
